Well, so much has happen since I got started my first studies in real estate, back in 1994 in Birmingham, AL with Mr. Gilipsie. I later on finished my real estate licensure studies with Sandra Johnson in Florence, AL (my hometown) in 1996. The first real estate company I worked with was Century 21 Spry Properties. Check out the interview I did with Wm Mark Spry.
But before getting my real estate license, I found myself interested in the real estate investing side of the business, which is far different than being a licensed realtor. My investing interest was sparked by my late-mother, who invested in a particular piece of property using a creative niche that many people don't even know exist. And that's my dad, he always keep the property neat and trim with his independent lawn service.
I'll share more about which method my mother used and why it fascinated me so much, during another blog post. Just Remember, there are many ways to invest in real estate. Many.

Now that I am re-launching my real estate investing business, I’m wanted to share information with those of you who are interested in learning and possibly even doing some deal together if its workable for us to do so. A real estate deal doesn’t work unless all parties involved are able to leave the closing table with their expectations meet. This raises the possibilities of us doing other deals in the future.
